Chris Anicete Recognized as Top National Financial Advisor by Northwestern Mutual
Northwestern Mutual is honoring Madison-based Financial Advisor Chris Anicete for his commitment and drive to help families and businesses plan for and achieve financial security. As part of this recognition, Anicete, CLTC®, Wealth Management Advisor will be inducted into the company’s elite membership, the 2020 Forum Group.
Anicete has been affiliated with Northwestern Mutual-Middleton since 2010. This is the first time that he has received the Forum honor. This is a tremendous accomplishment to receive this early in his career.
Forum award qualifiers represent the top segment of Northwestern Mutual’s industry-leading financial representatives; only five percent of more than 6,000 financial representatives receive this recognition.
Anicete will be recognized at a leadership conference in November, along with other Forum honorees. To learn more about Chris and his financial planning practice, visit http://chrisanicete.nm.com
More About Chris
By the time Chris Anicete was a 13-year-old student at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School in Madison, he knew he wanted to help people make smart financial decisions. “I started to realize what money was and how it impacted society — both positively and negatively,” says the 32-year-old wealth manager for Northwestern Mutual, who oversees a team of four at the Kosnick Agency in Middleton.
By the time Anicete was a junior at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, he’d already secured a spot on the staff at the local Northwestern Mutual office. “I wore a suit to classes, and I would go to football practice in my suit and get made of fun of by my teammates,” he says. “Then, after practice, I’d change out of my pads, put the suit back on, and go to the office.”
That unconventional routine paid off. Anicete graduated with a degree in finance and marketing, and he’s remained with Northwestern Mutual his entire career. The firm’s rich history of integrity appeals to him, as does its dual focus on investments and insurance.
“I don’t believe a full financial future can be secure through investments alone,” he says. “Insurance can really protect the plan when curveballs come your way.”
Anicete relocated back to Madison in 2012 and works with a diverse client base that includes medical professionals, sales professionals, and business owners. He emphasizes retirement distribution strategies and solid client relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
“The client experience is everything, and we’re very intentional in making sure our clients feel comfortable working with us,” Anicete says. “We’re taking care of their future.”
Last year, Anicete and Scott Wedige, a Wisconsin native with stints in the National Football League, established Infinite Wealth Management, a DBA that works with NFL players and other professional athletes to help them develop healthy saving habits and responsible retirement plans.
“There are many strategies in achieving financial security, with no cookie-cutter solution for getting a client from Point A to Point B,” Anicete says. “Every client requires a custom-tailored plan. Our goal is to guide those we represent to their own version of financial security and peace of mind while doing so with the lowest standard
deviation possible.”
